Have you tried restarting your laptop?
If not, try that before anything else as this will often resolve most issues. Be sure to allow time for the computer to go through all the start up processes - exiting out of these will cause issues!
Check the speaker icon in the bottom-right corner and make sure it isn't muted. It sometimes becomes muted when you plug/unplug headphones. If it's not muted, have your teacher send in a request.
Check to see if the wireless is on. If not, turn it on and wait to connect.

Cannot login to your laptop or a website?
Check your tech information slip (the one you received the first day of school) to make sure you have the right user name and password. Click here for a list of sample passwords that might help you remember if you do not have your list.
NOTE: If you receive an error message about a "trust relationship", have a teacher send in a QNS request as your laptop is not allowing you on the school network.
